I installed a USB adapter to save the need of removing the HD.

This unit is a ACARD AEC-4420P  and installed just above the scart socket on the 9200T.

Using some cable that I had lying around I connected the hard drive to the AEC-4420P. The only issue I had was that the 40 pin IDE connector on the 9200T has all pins available, the cable that I was using had one pin blanked off to ensure correct alignment to the socket. After a slight alteration to the cable (drilled out the blank) the cables were connected

.

To finish off the install I used a little switch from a previous project, when in the OFF position the 9200T will now work in it's normal mode of operation and in the ON position I get to use it via a USB cable as another physical drive on my PC.
